Virginia Anne Zubel Kumpar, 74, of Windsor Heights, W.Va., died Sunday, December 27, 1998, in St. Francis Medical Center, Pittsburgh. Mrs. Kumpar was a homemaker. She was a member of Brooke County Senior Citizens and a benefactor of many religious and community charities. Surviving are two sons, David Kumpar of Washington and Stephen M. Kumpar of Ortonville, Mich.; two daughters, Stephanie West of Bay Village, Ohio, and Patricia Ludlow of Denver, Colo.; a brother, Ambrose Zubel of Houston, Texas; three sisters, Katherine Bush of Hillman, Mich., Helen Cervantes of Cerritos, Calif., and Lottie Monteleone of Wheeling; and six grandchildren. Deceased are her husband, Stephen E. Kumpar; a brother, Frank Zubel; and three sisters, Josephine Kumpar, Mary Mason and Alfreda Stelik.
