Lillian H. Orndoff, 94, of 154 West High Street, Waynesburg, died at 9 p.m. Saturday, December 26, 1998, in Greene County Memorial Hospital, Waynesburg. Her early life was spent in Waynesburg. In 1929, she moved to Steubenville, Ohio, and lived there until 1983, when she moved back to Waynesburg. While in Steubenville, she was a member of LaBelle View Methodist Church, the LaBelle Chapter Order of the Eastern Star and the Women's Club of Steubenville. At the time of her death, Mrs. Orndoff was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church of Waynesburg. In 1929, she married Carl Orndoff, who died in 1977. Surviving are two nieces, Peggy Durbin Vogt of Hockessin, Del., and Connie Hill McNeely of Waynesburg; and four great-nieces. Deceased, in addition to her husband, are two brothers, Alfred and Cecil Hill; and two sisters, Maud H. Durbin and Frances H. Patterson.
