Arthur Kaufman, 78, formerly of Washington and Columbus and Hilliard, Ohio, died Friday, December 4, 1998, in Riverside Hospital, Columbus. Mr. Kaufman was a member of Upper Arlington Lutheran Church in Columbus, Disabled American Veterans American Legion 485, O.E.S., F&AM 637, Darby Grange 779 and the Scottish Rite. Surviving are a son, Arthur of West Jefferson, Ohio; two brothers, Lloyd of Venice and Floyd of Lake Charles, La.; a sister, Helen Erbrecht of Canonsburg; and two grandsons, Tyson and Nicholas Kaufman.
