ANDREWSON - Friends of Diana (Daisy) Andrewson of Finleyville, who died Thursday, December 3, 1998, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and noon to 3 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in the Walter L. Kennedy Funeral Home, 3560 Washington Avenue, Finleyville, where a blessing service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, December 7, with the Rev. John Gudewicz, pastor of St. Francis of Assisi Church, officiating. Interment in Jefferson Memorial Park, Pleasant Hills.

Anthony of Washington, who died Friday, December 4, 1998, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and noon to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in the Nichol Funeral Home, 1873 East Maiden Street, Washington, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, December 7, with the Rev. Joseph Stains officiating. Interment in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray. Sunset Lodge 623, F&AM, of Washington will hold memorial services at 3 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home. Eastern Star Lodge 409 of Washington will hold memorial services at 7:30 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home. The family suggests memorials to the Washington City Mission or the Brownson House of Washington.
BUTELLA - At the request of the family, there will be no public visitation for Veronica Butella of the Thomas Campbell Apartments, Washington, who died Friday, December 4, 1998. A blessing service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, December 7, in the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home Inc., Wilson at East Katherine Avenues, Washington, S. Timothy Warco, supervisor/director, Susan Falvo Warco, director. Burial in Washington Cemetery.
CERCONE - Friends of the Rev. Raymond A. Cercone of Coraopolis, who died Thursday, December 3, 1998, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday in the Anthony J. Sanvito Inc. Funeral Home, 1316 Fourth Avenue, Coraopolis. Father Cercone will lie in state in St. Joseph Church, Coraopolis, from 8 to 9 a.m. Monday, at which time a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Burial in Resurrection Cemetery, Moon Township.

Day of Kent, Ohio, formerly of Greene County, who died Wednesday, December 2, 1998, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in Behm Funeral Home Inc., Greene Street, Jefferson, where services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, December 5, with the Rev. Carol Touvell officiating. Interment will be in Greene County Memorial Park, Waynesburg. Graveside military rites will be conducted by American Legion Post 954, Jefferson.
HAMILTON - At the request of the deceased, there will be no visitation for David Eugene Hamilton of Washington, who died Sunday, November 29, 1998. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, December 5, in Sollon Funeral Home Ltd., 30 East College Street, Canonsburg, J. David Sollon, director, by the honor guard chaplain of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 191, Canonsburg, and American Legion Post 902 of Houston. Burial in Arlington Cemetery, Arlington, Va. JACKSON - A memorial service for Mary Lee Allison Jackson of Jefferson, Ohio, formerly of Carmichaels and Waynesburg, who died Sunday, November 29, 1998, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, December 5, in First Presbyterian Church of Waynesburg, with the Rev. David L. Barrett officiating. Friends will be received at the church an hour prior to services. Emerald Chapter 135, Order of the Eastern Star, will conduct services just prior to the memorial service. Interment in Greene County Memorial Park, Waynesburg. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the pediatric unit at Greene County Memorial Hospital.
