Paul P. Koscelek, 75, of Monongahela, died Sunday, December 6, 1998, at his home. He was a member of St. Anthony's Church in Monongahela. Mr. Koscelek was formerly employed at U.S. Steel Corp.'s Donora Works and had retired from Jones & Laughlin Steel Co. in Hazelwood. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and a member of the Carroll American Legion, James C. Ford Post 949, Dunkirk. Surviving are his wife of 50 years, Mary Veres Koscelek, whom he married October 24, 1948; a son, Joseph Koscelek of Scottdale; a daughter, Cathy Braum of New Eagle; a grandson, Jimmy Braum; three sisters, Irene Pandrock and Agnes Boyer of Donora, and Mary Svercek of McKeesport; and four brothers, Steve Koscelek of Bridgeport, Conn., William Koscelek of Conneaut Lake, Steve Pucel of New Eagle and Paul Pucel of Donora.
