Anthony Restaneo, 73, of Weirton, W.Va., died Wednesday, December 2, 1998, in Hamot Medical Center, Erie, after a lengthy illness. Mr. Restaneo resided in Muse most of his life but lived with his sister, Anita Rasicci of Weirton, for the past eight years. He was a retired employee of Weirton Steel Co. and the Meadows Racetrack. Earlier in his life he wrestled professionally throughout Florida known as "Man Tan" and was a soccer referee in the Pittsburgh area. In the 1950s he opened Route 19 Produce in McMurray and Anthony's Tuxedo Shop in Canonsburg. Surviving, in addition to his sister, is a brother, Dr. Palmer Restaneo of Houston; one nephew; three nieces; 11 great-nieces and great-nephews. One nephew is deceased.
