Karen Elizabeth Rusilko, 41, of Camp Hill, died Monday, December 7, 1998, in Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill. Mrs. Rusilko was a graduate of Tarkio College in Missouri, where she received a degree in business administration. She was employed by Blue Shield in Camp Hill as a claims examiner. On November 2, 1988, in Missouri, she married Christopher K. Rusilko, who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Xiomara Renee Saenze of Camp Hill; three brothers, Alex Champion III and Charles Champion, both of Edinburg, and Chris Champion of Corpus Christi, Texas; three sisters, Cathy Slayton of San Benito, Texas, Lucille Jenevein of Austin, Texas, and Cindy Ramirez of McAllen, Texas; her stepfather, Robert Smith of Edinburg; and several nieces and nephews.
