Evelyn B. Brown, 85, of Waynesburg, formerly of Carmichaels, died Monday, December 7, 1998, in Washington Hospital. Mrs. Brown was a member of Pleasant Valley Presbyterian Church, Clarksville, and the Ladies Aid Society of the church. She graduated from East Bethlehem Township schools and was a homemaker. On June 16, 1937, she married Carl "Brownie" Brown, who died May 26, 1993. Surviving are one son, Marvin Lee Brown of Chantilly, Va.; two grandsons, Timothy and Patrick Brown; two great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Virginia Rohrer of Waynesburg and Wilda McNeil of Monongahela.
