Ann C. Houlihan, 85, of Washington, died at 2:15 p.m. Sunday, February 8, 1998, in Presbyterian Medical Center, Washington. From 1947 until her move to Washington in 1993, Mrs. Houlihan lived in Huntington W.Va., and most recently lived in Bellmead Senior Care Campus. On September 2, 1935, she married John J. Houlihan, who died October 28, 1995. Surviving are a daughter, Judith Geary of Washington; a sister, Mrs. John Barrett of Stowe Township; four grandchildren, Elizabeth Brust, Maura Simonds, Sheila Miklos and Noah M.
