Catherine M. Kalan, 80, of Washington, formerly of Midway, died Monday, February 9, 1998, at Washington Hospital. Miss Kalan was a homemaker and a renowned traveler. Surviving are two sisters, Julia Jobkar of Eighty Four and Mildred Bistarkey of Espyville. Deceased are two brothers, Joseph and Edward Kalan.
