She was born on January 28, 1912, in Pittsburgh. Her husband, Franklin A. Hunter Sr., is deceased. Burial is in the columbarium at St. Peters Episcopal Church in Brentwood. Dorothy C. Hunter, 86, of Tamarac, Fla., formerly of Brentwood, died Sunday, February 15, 1998, at University Hospital in Tamarac.
Surviving are two daughters, Linda Richards of Tamarac and Penny Dolan of Pittsburgh; a son, Franklin A. Hunter Jr. of Waynesburg; four grandchildren, Kathleen Hunter and Charles, Eric and David Richards; and four great-grandchildren.
