Thomas William Morgan, 74, of Washington, formerly of Cokeburg, died Sunday, February 15, 1998, at his daughter's home. Mr. Morgan was Protestant. He attended Cokeburg schools and worked for the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board for 26 years. During World War II, Mr. Morgan served in the U.S. Army. He was active with the Washington County Chapter of the Pennsylvania Association of the Blind. On June 7, 1952, in Washington, he married Mary Marjorie Knox, who died November 24, 1984. Surviving are a son, Thomas R. Morgan of Pittsburgh; a daughter, Betty L. Hayes of Washington; three sisters, Ruth Morgan, Florence Brewer and Gladys Berry, all residing in Florida; two grandchildren, Ryan and Melissa Pryor and a stepgranddaughter, Davi Ranae Hayes; and several nieces and nephews.
