Elizabeth (Betty) Toth, 75, of Cherry Valley, Burgettstown, died Monday, February 16, 1998, in Washington Hospital. Mrs. Toth retired from the RCA Co. in Meadow Lands in 1978. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church of Burgettstown, the Ladies Auxiliary of Bulger VFW and Burgettstown Senior Citizens. On February 28, 1942, in Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, Burgettstown, she married Alex Toth Sr., who survives. Also surviving are a son, Alex Toth Jr., of Attica, N.Y.; a daughter, Marilyn Clair of Langeloth; four grandchildren, Marie Havens of Florida, Jack Clair of Langeloth and Amanda and Matthew Toth, both of Cherry Valley; five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mary L. Koraido of Cherry Valley and Anna Dariano of Madison, Texas; and a brother, William Slak of Sandy Lake. Deceased are a son, John S. Toth, who died May 8, 1992; five brothers, Frank, Martin, Joseph, Andrew and John Slak; a sister, Agnes Patterson; and twin grandsons, John and Jason Toth.
