Ralph W. Wilson, 63, of Waynesburg R.D.4 (Oak Forest), died at 1 p.m. Sunday, February 15, 1998, in his home, the Willow Inn. Mr. Wilson was a graduate of Penn State University and the University of Pittsburgh and was a teacher for 13 years at Penn Trafford, North Alegheny. He served as a captain with the U.S. Army and since 1974 owned and operated the Willow Inn in Oak Forest, which will continue to operate under the direction of his partner, Pat Varner.
