Connie Welsh, 77, of Donora, died Tuesday, February 17, 1998, at Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh. Mrs. Welsh lived in Donora since 1923 and was a member of St. Johns Episcopal Church for more than 60 years. She was a member of the ECW of the church and a member of Donora Senior Citizens where she served as treasurer. Surviving is her husband of 53 years, Pete Welsh. Also surviving are a daughter, Terry Perrotta of Donora; three sisters, Margaret Garcia of Donora, Lisa Garcia of Monongahela and Flo Rodriguez of Donora; a brother, Joseph Medina of Donora; and two grandsons, Casey and Colby Perrotta of Donora.
