Kenneth E. Fullum, 71, of Oakdale, died Wednesday, February 18, 1998, in Washington Hospital. Mr. Fullum was a crane operator for American Bridge Company, retiring in 1983, and had also worked for McShane Construction, formerly known as Collier Stone Company. He was a member of United Steelworkers of America and Heavy Equipment Operators Union Local 66. Surviving are his wife, Alice Fullum; a son, Elzie W. Fullum of Oakdale; a brother, Warren Fullum of Greensburg; and five grandchildren, Frank DeGennaro and Shawn, Melissa, Brittney and Michael Fullum. Deceased are a son, William R. Fullum, who died in 1981; five brothers, Dalbert, Elzie, Frank, Norman and Buck Fullum; a sister, Naomi Fullum; and two grandchildren, William and Kenneth Fullum.
