Arthur Franklin Evans, 54, of Mounts Road, Washington, died at 7:28 p.m. Tuesday, February 17, 1998, in his home following a two-year illness. Mr. Evans was a high school graduate and was a boilermaker. On November 27, 1997, he married Dolores Ann Otruba Namit, who survives. Also surviving are five stepsons, Stanley L. Marchetti Jr. of Washington, Robert L. Marchetti of East Liverpool, Ohio, Andrew, Lee and Michael Namit, all of Washington; two stepdaughters, Serean S. Willard of Philadelphia and Pamela Stein of Washington; three brothers, John Evans, of Pittsburgh, David E. Evans of Austin and Robert Evans; two sisters, Marlene Burnett of Clanton, Ala., and Janet; and seven stepgrandchildren. Deceased in addition to his parents, is a sister, Lorraine Evans.
