Florence "Tillie" Fair Coburn, 70, of Ocean City, N.J.,formerly of Washington, died Sunday, February 22, 1998, at her home, following a brief illness. While in Washington, Mrs. Coburn was a member of First Christian Church, and formerly a member of Diciples of Christ Church, Canonsburg. In Ocean City, she was a member of First Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Coburn graduated from Washington Seminary in 1945, and from Washington Hospital School of Nursing in 1948. After graduation, she worked as an operating room nurse at Washington Hospital for several years. On August 2, 1952, in Washington, she married Robert T. Coburn Sr., who survives. In 1981, she and her husband started their own business, Coburn-Myers Bolt & Nut Co., in Trainer. Surviving, in addition to her husband, are a daughter, Deborah Pellegrini of Washington; a son, Robert T. Coburn Jr. of Philadelphia; four sisters, Elizabeth Sibert of Washington, Josephine Fields of Coraopolis, Sue Myers of Ocean City and Sally Hobbs of Birmingham, Ala.; three grandchildren, Richard Pellegrini Jr., Michael Pellegrini and Becky Coburn; and many nieces and nephews.
