Faye McCullough Conklin, 83, of Waynesburg R.D.2, formerly of West Union, died at 12:10 p.m. Monday, February 23, 1998, in Franklin Care Center, Waynesburg, following a lengthy illness. Mrs. Conklin was a homemaker, She was a member of West Union Presbyterian Church, where she was an elder and a member of the Hannah-Lee Circle and was a former deacon and treasurer. On December 28, 1932, she married J. Warren "Tip" Conklin, who died April 3, 1994. Surviving are two daughters, Donna Rose of Washington and Carol Stephenson of Waynesburg; a son, Robert Gene Conklin of Prosperity; 18 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; a brother, Ivan "Rusty" McCullough of Waynesburg; and several nieces and nephews.
