Stella R. Polinski of Atlasburg, formerly of Carrick, died Tuesday, February 24, 1998, in Presbyterian Medical Center, Washington. Miss Polinski was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, Burgettstown, and was a retired licensed practical nurse. Surviving are a sister, Mary McClements of Atlasburg, with whom she made her home; and several nieces and nephews.
