Word has been received of the death of Carroll Winseck, 78, of Roulette R.D.1, formerly of Strabane, who died February 17, 1998. He was self-employed and a host to many hunters from this area at his farm in Potters County. Surviving are his wife, Harriett; daughters Eileen and Kathy; several grandchildren; a brother, Michael of Bloomsburg; a sister, Blanche Kloska of Houston; and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Deceased are his son, Carroll "Dude" Jr., who died in 1997; three brothers, John, Walter and Joseph; and two sisters, Stella Chyko and Ann Koziel. Mr. Winseck's remains were donated to science.
