Word has been received of the death of Sam Meno, 80, of Harrisburg, formerly of Waynesburg, who died Friday, February 20, 1998, at his daughter's home in Harrisburg. Mr. Meno was a member of Holy Family Church, Camp Hill. He was retired from Pennsylvania Blind Concessionaires. He operated a concession in the courthouse in Waynesburg. He was married to Arthela Reed Meno, who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Patricia Cassel of Harrisburg; a son, Samuel of Carlisle; two grandchildren; and a sister, Josephine Retucci of Millsboro.
