John Dzubay, 75, of Madison Avenue, New Eagle, died Tuesday, February 3, 1998, in Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh. Mr. Dzubay was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, serving in the European Theater. He retired as a federal employee with 31 years of service, retiring from the U.S. Department of Energy on June 6, 1984. His wife, Beverly L. Harkins Dzubay, died August 14, 1983. Surviving are a stepdaughter, Marcia Babiak of Monongahela; three stepgrandchildren, Tracey Bavuso, John Oliver Nahar III and Frank R. Nahar; four stepgreat-grandchildren; a brother, Stephen Dzubay of Finleyville R.D.1; and a sister, Betty Rivenburg of Bristow, Va. Deceased are a stepson, John Oliver Nahar II; five sisters, Mary Whitfield, Pauline Hrezo, Helen Mihelcic, Anne Murphy and Margaret Maurer; and a brother, Paul Dzubay.
