Stella Mentzer, 79, of Cassidy Avenue, Monongahela, died Tuesday, February 3, 1998, in The Greenery Rehabilitation Center, Canonsburg. Mrs. Mentzer lived most of her life in the Monongahela area and was a member of Transfiguration Church. Her husband, William R. Mentzer, died April 6, 1978.
