Edward C. Raffits, 80, of Rices Landing, died Tuesday, February 3, 1998, in Greene County Memorial Hospital, Waynesburg. Mr. Raffits was a member of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Rices Landing, and the Holy Name Society. He was a member of Rices Landing Athletic Club. Surviving are a sister, Irene Bell of Rices Landing; and three nephews, Robert W. Jr., Barrie J. and William A. Bell.
