Hazel E. Bice, 84, of Washington, died Thursday, February 5, 1998, in the Humbert Lane Health Care Center, following a brief illness. She was a member of Upper Ten Mile Presbyterian Church of Prosperity and was a homemaker. Surviving are a daughter, Betty Post of Washington; a foster son, John Bice of Marianna; three sisters, Mae Rutan and Virginia Gray, both of Washington and Helen Reedy of Amherst, Ohio; two grandsons, James and Mark Post; a great-grandson and several nieces and nephews. Deceased are a brother, Walter Bice; and three sisters, Katherine Sherman, Betty Burke and Mary Alice Bice, who died in infancy.
