Donald E. Fulk, 55, of Washington, died Wednesday, February 4, 1998, at his home. Mr. Fulk lived as a man with severe disabilities in Tulsa, Okla., and left a Tulsa nursing home at age 54 to come Washington to be helped by the Washington disability community through Tri-County Patriots for Independent Living. Surviving are his wife, Betty of Oklahoma City; three sisters, Cathy Douglas of Oklahoma City, Lori Kimbell of Ventura, Calif., and Valerie Kendell of Olympia, Wash.; and two brothers, Kendell Fulk and Paul Fulk, both of Oklahoma City. A interfaith memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, February 17, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Houston.
