Thelma Burch Seabrook, 69, of Youngstown, Ohio, died Wednesday, February 4, 1998. She was a former resident of Washington and attended the Washington public schools. She was a member of the Mt. Calvary Pentecostal Church in Youngstown. Surviving are two daughters, Tara R. Bilah and Tracine Kerns both of Youngstown; a son Terry Michael Seabrook of Youngstown; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two brothers, Harold D. Burch of Washington and Earl W. Burch of Lady Lake, Fla.; seven sisters, Mary Burch of Warren Ohio, Betty Brown of Wheeling, W. Va., Shelian Harris of St. Louis, Mo., Helen Louise Thomas, Barbara Singleterry, Joyce Patmon and Joan Howard, all of San Diego Calif; and several nieces and nephews.
