Sarah Weaverling, 68, of Southview, died Thursday, January 15, 1998, in AUMC-Canonsburg. Her husband, George D. Weaverling Sr., died June 3, 1991. Surviving are two daughters, Karen Simpson of Northampton and Robin Yuhas of Southview; three sons, George D. Weaverling Jr. of Southview, Thomas Weaverling of McDonald and Ronald L. Weaverling of Southview; one sister, Bessie Dino of Canonsburg; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Deceased are one grandchild, George E. Simpson Jr.; four sisters, Georgina Hopkinson, Helen Baughman, Mary Ann Hopkinson and Catherine Druga; and two brothers, John Hopkinson, Jr. and Thomas Hopkinson.
