Lorraine M. Burgh Styperk, 77, of 220 North Main Street, Houston, died Saturday, January 17, 1998, in Greenery Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Canonsburg. She spent most of her life in the Canonsburg area and was a member of the First United Presbyterian Church of Houston, the Chartiers-Houston Senior Citizens and the Chartiers Senior Citizens. Prior to her retirement she was employed at Mayview State Hospital as a psychiatric aide and was a member of the Retired Pennsylvania State Employees Association. Surviving are a son, William Styperk III of Rockwood; a daughter, Jane Friend of Hendersonville; five grandsons, Robert Leibhart, William Styperk III, William Daniel Styperk, Brian Styperk and Christopher Friend; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
