Elizabeth A. Willard, 43, of 731 Cleveland Road, North Franklin Township, died at 9:15 a.m. Thursday, January 22, 1998, in Washington Hospital following a lengthy illness. Mrs. Willard was a homemaker. Surviving are her husband, Charles Willard of Claysville; a son, Michael S. Twardon of Eighty Four; a daughter, Lori E. Twardon of Washington; a sister, Heidi Shuba of Washington; four brothers, William Brooks III of Cecil, Eric and David Brooks both of Washington and Jacob Brooks of Pittsburgh; and two grandchildren, Justin Edward and Tonya Nicole Twardon.
