Gertrude A. Mull, 71, of Rose Avenue, Washington, formerly of Canonsburg, died at 8:05 p.m. Friday, January 23, 1998, in Washington Hospital. Mrs. Mull was a former member of Crossroads United Presbyterian Church of Chartiers Township. She was a homemaker. On February 26, 1946, she married James Martin Mull Sr, who died May 5, 1983. Surviving are two daughters, Darlene George of Aliquippa and Bobbi Joseph of Washington; a son, James Martin Mull Jr of Reynoldsburg, Ohio; a sister, Peggy Baysinger of Ontario, Calif.; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Deceased are three brothers, Melvin, George and Gaylord White; and four sisters, Gladys VanKirk, Genevieve Cunningham, Betty Blystone and Shirley Pavlick.
