Robert L. Staggers, 82, of Waynesburg R.D.2, died Saturday, January 24, 1998, in Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, W.Va. On July 13, 1949, he married Nina Louk, who survives. Mr. Staggers formerly was employed by Sutton's Creamery and Bishoff's Creamery in Waynesburg for many years. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Surviving are three sons, Bob Staggers of Lompo, Calif., Gene Louk of Davistown and John Louk of Traveller's Rest, S.C.; 12 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; a brother, Clarence Frank Staggers of Connecticut; and a sister, Melvena Clark of Las Vegas, Nev.
