Patricia L. Lanzy, 54, of 309 Lincoln Drive, Upper St. Clair, formerly of Canonsburg, died Tuesday, January 27, 1998, in her home. Mrs. Lanzy lived in Upper St. Clair for 22 years, where she was a member of St. Louise de Marillac Church. She owned her own catering business, known as La Cookery. On September 11, 1965, she married Fred C. Lanzy, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Jay Lanzy of Charlotte, N.C., and David Lanzy of Pittsburgh; a daughter, Luanne Lanzy of Pittsburgh; a brother, Edmund Antonilli of Bridgeville; a sister, Lois Laury of McLean Va.; and several nieces and nephews.
