Jessica Ann Dulaney, 15, of Rogersville, died at 12:05 a.m. Friday, January 30, 1998, in Children's Hospital, Pittsburgh, after being seriously ill the past 11 days. Miss Dulaney attended New Freeport Church of Christ and prior to moving to Rogersville in 1992, lived in New Freeport. She was a ninth-grade student at West Greene High School, where she was a school library volunteer. She enjoyed working on her computer and baking. Surviving, in addition to her parents, are two sisters, Christina Marie Pettit of Holbrook R.D. and Karrie Jo Dulaney at home; maternal grandmother, Edith West Kesselring of New Freeport; paternal grandmother, Agnes Stoneking Dulaney of Waynesburg; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Deceased are her maternal grandfather, Wade H. Kesselring; and her paternal grandfather, Guy Raymond Dulaney.
