Milton Todd Montgomery, 84, of Bethlehem, Wheeling, W.Va., died Thursday, January 29, 1998, in Wheeling Hospital. Mr. Montgomery was retired from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. and was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Wheeling, Wheeling High School Alumni Association and the Sixth Armored Division Association. Surviving are his wife, Carolina B. Knuth Montgomery; three daughters, Karen Patterson of Washington, Sharon Cowden of Killeen, Texas and Sandra Duvall of Cambridge, Ohio; 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
