Frank R. Henry

Finleyville resident ran McDonald golf course

Frank R. Henry, 67, of Finleyville, died Tuesday, January 6, 1998, at home.

He was born April 12, 1930, in Nottingham Township, a son of William A. and Clara Elizabeth Siler Henry.

Mr. Henry served in the U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Marine Reserves and was superintendent for Fort Cherry Golf Course in McDonald.

He was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church, Loyal Order of the Moose 172 and Morrison Ritchie American Legion Post 613, all of Finleyville, and Henry M. Phillips Lodge 337 F&AM of Monongahela.

Surviving are his wife, Beverly Zanardelli Henry; three sons, Kenneth Henry of Clearfield, Mike and William Henry, both of Venetia; a daughter, Patricia Lewandowski of Spring, Texas; a brother, Clyde Henry of Ginger Hill; three sisters, Della Shelton of Ohio, Mildred Bartram of Finleyville and Ann Berlin of Bentleyville; and four grandchildren.
