Ann C. Horak, 76, of Donora Road, Donora, died Friday, July 17, 1998, in Monongahela Valley Hospital. Mrs. Horak was a homemaker and celebrated 57 years of marriage on November 28, 1997. Surviving are her husband, Frank E. Horak; two daughters, Marjorie Kerekes and Barbara Smith, both of Carroll Township; two brothers, Michael Urdenis of Monessen and Charles Urdenis of Bentleyville; and three grandsons, Jack Kerekes and Thomas and Brian Smith.
