Sara R. "Sadie" Orga, 89, of Cherry Valley, died Thursday, July 16, 1998, in Weirton (W.Va.) Medical Center. Prior to retirement, Mrs. Orga operated Ergan's Tavern in Cherry Valley for 26 years. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, Burgettstown. Mrs. Orga was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary in Bulger, where she served as past president of Skinner-Braun Post, president of Washington-Greene County Council and past district president. She was an avid card player. Surviving are a son, Anselmo "Sam" Orga of Cherry Valley; three daughters, Patricia J. Keating of Eldersville, Mary Margaret McDonald of Carrick and Rita R. Long of Beaver; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Deceased are her husband, Christ Orga, who died November 20, 1972; two daughters, Kathleen Bland and Ann Rosensteel; a brother, John Sheridan; five sisters, Ann Egan, Susan Schulteis, Katherine Borland, Margaret Wetmore and Loretta Getz; and a grandson, James Armstrong.
