Martha I. Carroll, 81, of Venetia, died Thursday, July 16, 1998, in St. Clair Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Carroll was a member of the Peters Creek United Presbyterian Church in Venetia. Surviving are two daughters, Norma Lyman of Wexford and Marty Lou Bradshaw of Interlaken, N.J.; three sons, Philip Kromer of Asbury Park, N.J., Joseph S. Carroll of Harmony and Danny Kromer of Venetia; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a brother, Jack Rossey of Hoopeston, Ill. Deceased are her husband, Dr. Joseph F.
