David M. Kielar, 49, of Delmont, died Saturday, July 18, 1998. Mr. Kielar was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Murrysville and a 1990 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. He was a former employee of Westinghouse Electric in Trafford and a former Export Borough council member and auditor. On November 3, 1973, he married Carol Helsing, who survives. He was born April 2, 1949, in Canonsburg, a son of Henry Kielar of Pittsburgh and Rowena Proudfit Schmigel of Freehold, N.J.
