Edith Campisi, 93, formerly of Bentleyville, died Tuesday, July 21, 1998, in Monongahela Valley Hospital. Mrs. Campisi was a homemaker and a former member of Bentworth Senior Citizens and the Independent Club Ladies Auxiliary, both in Bentleyville. For the last three years, she was a resident of Sphar's Personal Care Home in Belle Vernon. Surviving are three daughters, Norma Eberhart of Huntingdon, and Rose Marie Yates and Virginia Thames, both of Bentleyville; a son, James Campisi of New Eagle; six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; a sister, Nell Fields of Greensburg; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased are her husband, Anthony Phillip Campisi, who died July 18, 1946; a son, Joseph Campisi; and four brothers, Charles, Louis, Nathan and James Marraccini.
