William G. Hazlett, 89, of Donora, died Tuesday, July 21, 1998, in Monongahela Valley Hospital. Mr. Hazlett was a graduate of Thiel College and was Protestant. He retired as a cost analyst with American Steel and Wire Co., Donora Works. He was a member since 1972 and a onetime secretary of Donora Lodge 626 F&AM, a member of Valley of Pittsburgh Consistory, Syria Temple of Pittsburgh, Monessen Royal Arch Chapter 290, Knights Templar 80 of Monongahela, York Rite College and Mon Valley Caravan 17 of Charleroi. Surviving are a son, Barry G. Hazlett of Fairview; a sister, Carol Hazlett of Butler; and two grandsons, Scott G. and Daniel H. Hazlett.
