Cecelia M. Piper, 80, of Taylor Run Road, Monongahela, died Wednesday, July 22, 1998, in Monongahela Valley Hospital. Mrs. Piper was a lifelong resident of the Monongahela area and a member of First Baptist Church of Monongahela. She was a 1936 graduate of Donora High School. Surviving are a son, James M. Piper Jr., with whom she resided; a sister, Edna Mae Lucas of Prosperity; and nieces and nephews. Deceased are her husband, James M. Piper, who died in 1979; and a brother, John E. Street.
