Anna K. Polk, 88, of Houston, died Wednesday, July 22, 1998, in Greenery Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Mrs. Polk was a resident of Houston for more than 50 years and was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, Canonsburg. She was a graduate of Immaculate Conception High School in Washington and worked at Progar Superette Store and the Tiny Store, both in Canonsburg. Mrs. Polk was a volunteer at the Senior Citizens Center in Canonsburg and Canonsburg Hospital. She also was a Sunday school teacher. Surviving are a son, Alvin H. Polk of Houston; two grandsons, Brian and Timothy Polk; and a great-granddaughter. Deceased are her husband, Anthony J.
