David William Garrett, 38, of Vesta 7, Brownsville, died Saturday, July 25, 1998, as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He had formerly been employed by Mon River Towing. On September 2, 1977, he married Barbara Garlow, who survives. Also surviving are a son, Joseph Garrett, at home; and a sister, Shirley Marie Hoover of Clarksburg, Md.
