Florence G. Miller, 83, of Amity, died Sunday, July 26, 1998, in Franklin Care Center, Waynesburg. Mrs. Miller attended Montgomery School in Amity and was a homemaker and farm wife most of her life. She was a longtime member of Washington Methodist Church. In March 1940, she married Merle Miller, who survives. Also surviving are a son, Roger Miller of Arizona; a sister, Dorothy Cooke of Waynesburg; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased are a brother, John Hatfield; and five sisters, Pearl Sanders, Minnie Mitchell, Neva Hatfield, Sarah Elliott and Ruth Gray.
