Dorothy Mae Cox Runnion, 85, of East 39th Street, Lorain, Ohio, died Tuesday, July 28, 1998, in her home. Mrs. Runnion was formerly of Wolfdale and had resided in Lorain since 1988. Mrs. Runnion was a homemaker and a member of Fourth Presbyterian Church in Washington. She was active while attending there and loved working with the Ladies Aid Society of the church. She attended First Presbyterian Church while residing in Lorain. Mrs. Runnion enjoyed working in her flower garden. On October 27, 1928, she married Alfred Dell Runnion, who died March 22, 1991. Surviving are three daughters, Dolores Marie Hirst of Lorain, Alfreda Rosella Taylor of Avon Lake, Ohio, and Ronda Doreen Smith of Delaware, Ohio; six grandchildren, Sandra Smith, Ronnah Luman, Kristi Revercomb, David D. Taylor, Gwen Koob and Doug Smith; 12 great-grandchildren; one step-great-granddaughter; three great-great-grandchildren; and three step-great-great-grandchildren.
