Charles B. Jacobs Jr., 80, of 201 Demar Boulevard, Canonsburg, died Tuesday, July 7, 1998, in his home. Mr. Jacobs had lived in Canonsburg for the past 40 years, where he was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Parish. He served with the medical corps of the U.S. Army in World War II. Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a research technician with Consolidation Coal Co. in Library. He was a member of American Legion Post 902 in Houston. On October 8, 1942, he married Mary Ann Cripps, who survives. Also surviving are one daughter, Marianne Jacobs of Washington; one brother, John D.
