Ruth Miller Stromblad, 97, of Claysville, died Saturday, May 30, 1998, at Presbyterian Medical Center, Washington, following a lengthy illness. Mrs. Stromblad was a member of Claysville United Presbyterian Church, where she participated in the Missionary Association. She also was a member of the Women's Association of Pigeon Creek United Presbyterian Church and the Senior Citizens of Claysville. Mrs. Stromblad was a teacher in East Finley Township schools. Surviving are several nieces and nephews. Deceased are two husbands, T. Victor Stromblad and Todd M. Scott; four brothers, John, Clay, Harry and Ralph Miller; and a sister, Grayce Miller McClelland.
